DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO MARRAKECH

DAY 2: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING TOUR

Although it is fairly a big city, most of the must-see attractions in Marrakech can be found at or within walking distance of the medina (historic center). Walking is the best way to discover its many hidden gems and appreciate the true charm of Marrakech. Within the madness of the medieval Medina, experience the exotic charm and traditional way of life, that has nourished Marrakech for over a millennium. Delve into a labyrinth of hustle and bustle, haggle for treasures, gaze upon starry mountains, and uncover the delights tucked away in this North African destination. The highlights to see and explore are The Koutoubia Mosque, Marrakech’s most important mosque and one of the largest houses of worships for followers of Islam when completed in 1158. Visit The Bahia Palace, one of the most beautiful palaces in Marrakech built in the late nineteenth century and is a must-see attraction. The Ben Youssef Madrasa was the largest and most important Islamic school in Morocco. It has over 130 rooms and housed over 900 students. DAY 3: MARRAKECH - AIT BENHADOU KASBAH - OUARZAZATE - DADES GORGES

The thrill of this tour starts almost immediately with a pickup from your accommodation and embark on an unforgettable journey we venture into the scenic Haouz Plain. We will travel across the impressive Atlas Mountains with the panoramic views from the Tizi N’Tichka pass. The descent will lead us to the enchanting adobe villages of the desert, where we will encounter the famed Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a magnificent fortress, recognized as a location for Game of Thrones scenes. We will have the opportunity to explore its charms and indulge in a delightful lunch before continuing our journey to Ouarzazate, fondly dubbed as the “Hollywood of Morocco”. We will visit the 17th-century Taourirt Kasbah, which has remained untouched and even, used as a backdrop for iconic movies such as Gladiator and Prince of Persia. Our journey concludes in the lush oasis of Skoura, and the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs constructed of rammed earth. We will pass Skoura and the Valley of Roses before finally arriving at the awe-inspiring Dades gorges, where we will spend the night with dinner.

DAY 4: DADES GORGES - TODRA GORGES - MERZOUGA DESERT

After breakfast, we will continue the tour from Dades gorges to the immense dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. Our first stop of the day will be at the Dades Gorge, where we will have the opportunity to admire the stunning landscapes and deep gorges before continuing our journey to Todra Gorge. Upon arrival at Todra Gorge, we will be greeted by the towering cliffs that reach 984 feet (300 m) high and were carved by the Todra River through red limestone. You will have the chance to take a leisurely walk around the gorge and relax in the cool waters of the shallow river below. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Erfoud, a town famous for its fossils finds that have been crafted into beautiful artifacts. This town marks the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet and its immense arid plateaus. Our destination for the day will be the Sahara Desert of Erg Chebbi dunes. A small off-road track will take us to the edge of the golden dunes, where we will spend the night in a traditional hotel at the dunes line.

Wake up an hour early to live an hour more - We encourage you to rise early to enjoy the fascinating sunrise over the Sahara dunes and welcome a new day of adventure. After breakfast, we will depart from the desert on our camels or 4x4 Jeep and return to Merzouga before we make our way to Rissani to visit the local souk (market). After the visit, we continue our journey via Tazarine and have lunch at the town of Nkoub surrounded by Saghrou Mountains. After lunch, our drive will bring us pass the beautiful water ribbon of the Draa Valley crossing to arrive at Ouarzazate. From here, we return to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains giving you another chance to feast your eyes on the dramatic landscape. On arrival at Marrakech, we will drop you at your hotel to relax and spend the night with breakfast at your Riad or hotel.
