1st DAY: FEZ - IFRANE - MIDELT - ZIZ VALLEY - ERFOUD

The drive from Fez to Erfoud via the Atlas Mountains is a beautiful and unforgettable journey. The route takes you through the stunning Atlas Mountains, where you can see breathtaking views of the rugged landscape and traditional Berber villages. Along the way, you will stop in towns like Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco for its alpine architecture and cool climate. We stop for lunch in Midelt with its spectacular location between the Middle and High Atlas. This particularly varied itinerary from north to south offers a diversity of impressions through the scenic Mountains where nomad shepherds live and move with their herds of goats and sheep across these Mountains. You will also admire the Ziz Valley, a lush oasis dotted with palm trees and traditional adobe villages. The valley runs along a deep canyon all the way down to Erfoud where you will spend the overnight with dinner in a stylish Kasbah hotel.

2nd DAY: ERFOUD - RISSANI - MERZOUGA - ERG CHEBBI DUNES

Today you will enjoy an adventure through the vast expanse of the Moroccan Sahara. 3rd DAY: MERZOUGA DESERT - TODRA GORGES - DADES VALLEY

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the middle of the Sahara. Free time for breakfast at the camp then you return on camels to Merzouga where the driver awaits. We leave the desert to visit Rissani town, the ancient capital of Tafilalt. Rissani still a major center in the region, with a large souk lively on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. After a stroll in Rissani Souk, we continue to Erfoud, where you visit one of the workshops of fossilized marble. Then, we drive through Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves, to reach the Todra gorges. The course of Todra river has carved out a Grand Canyon through the mountains- Making a high red cliff-sided canyon. These gorges are an idea place for rock climbers. Feel free to wander in the gorges and appreciate the beauty of the landscape. Free time for lunch in a local restaurant. Then, we continue to Dades valley, through Boumalene Dades. Then inevitable stops at the “money fingers” rock formation. And on a stop atop a mountain overlooking the Dades valley. Finally, we reach the hotel for the overnight with dinner.

After breakfast, we continue our trip to Kalaa Magouna to visit the Rose valley. A Rose Festival is held annually in the month of May. The locals offer their rose products, from perfumes, rose water, oil to cosmetic products. We then drive via the palm groves of Skoura before reaching Ouarzazate also known as the gate of the desert. We will visit the studios, in which famous movies were shot. Thereafter, we depart to visit the famous Kasbah has appeared in many movies including: Gladiator, Alexander, the Mummy… etc. And TV series including Game of Thrones. Then we continue to Marrakech. Driving through the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, and also the spectacular the high Atlas Mountains. Stops will be made for lunch, and to take pictures at interesting spots. Finally, we reach Marrakech, we drop you off at the airport or your accommodation. End of the tour.
