Therefore, we request that you carefully read and understand the terms and conditions given below. Any questions would be answered to the best of our knowledge. Please feel free to ask if you have any doubts in your mind. Our goal is to make your trip a great success.

MOROCCO DISCOVERY serves as an agent to provide you with the best itinerary in Morocco according to your needs, taste and physical level. We can book hotels, transportations, entry tickets, guides, activities…etc and offer you different types of programs at a reasonable price.

Your privacy is important to us and we make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected at all times..

Our rates are always indicated in USD, EUROS, and GBP. Rates also include Sales Tax and Service Charge.

All payments must be made by Money order. Payment done by credit card will be charged 5% processing fees. Please send a copy of the money order or deposit confirmation upon payment.
50% of payment is required at the time of booking. (Non Refundable Deposit)
20% of rest payment is due one month prior to arrival.
30% of rest payment is due on arrival.

If you wish to cancel your Confirmed Tour, notification of cancellation must be made to Morocco Discovery by email to The date of the cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by our Tour Company. Cancellation Charges are applicable as follows, per person :
Cancellation 45 days or more prior to the departure date: Non-Refundable Booking deposit, and cancellation fees.
Cancellation 44-31 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost after deducting deposit.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Travel insurance is vital and mandatory for your booking with us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy to fully cover you for your entire tour including the cost of cancellation, medical assistance/care, personal injury, death, illness, and delays, your repatriation, loss or damage to personal possessions, personal liability and legal expenses during your travel. You must also ensure you’re your insurance covers all the activities which you intend to take part in (especially if they are high risk). Please ensure that you read your insurance policy carefully. We will require full details of your insurance before you travel.

Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.

We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure.

We act as agent for all reservations for domestic flights offered in the country in question. Your contract will be with the principal advised to you at the time of making the reservation, the principal’s terms and conditions will apply to your domestic flight booking. These domestic flights do not form part of your tour package booked with us.

We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to baggage, personal possessions, passports and other documents or any consequential loss resulting there from, and our employees and/or agents are not authorized to accept responsibility for their safekeeping. We strongly recommend that you to take out insurance against loss of or damage to personal belongings.

In case you need special requirements for your trip, you will need to let us know of that prior to arrival. Note that special requirements are NOT included in the rate. We will inform you of extra charges of special requirements if any.

Clients must ensure that they are aware of all relevant passport and visa requirements and that they allow adequate time to obtain them. Please note that many countries require that passports are valid for six months beyond the period of the Client’s stay. Requirements can change and it is the Clients’ responsibility to ensure that they comply with current passport, visa and health requirements and take all necessary documents with them to gain access to any country or region which forms part of the tour. The Client will be solely responsible for any cost, loss or damage which he or the Company incurs as a result of a failure to obtain all necessary passports, visas and/or vaccinations.

The children policies vary per each hotel. Some hotels allow one child sharing parents’ room from while others allow two. Also age of children vary from one hotel to another. Some hotels grant children stay at 50% of the adult price some others less. Exact prices will be confirmed at the time of booking / request. At some hotels children are granted 50% off meals while other hotels charge flat rate for meals. Also hotels may apply restricted access times for children into leisure facilities. Kindly ask for all needed details at the time of booking.

The standard of accommodation will vary according to the standards available in Morocco and should be judged according to local standards.

If you are in any doubt about the suitability, to your own requirements, of the facilities, transport, accommodation or conditions prevailing in Morocco, then you should make written enquiry to us as we cannot otherwise be held responsible for failure to meet your requirements. Whilst every effort will be made to meet reasonable requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Hotels are subject to availability and may be changed for a hotel of a similar standard. If so, you will be notified and this may result in an increase in cost subject to your choice of the alternative accommodation that is available for your dates.

We are aware of the difference of opinion between smokers and non-smokers, particularly in such close quarters as lecture rooms and buses. For the comfort of all participants, we as that there be no smoking during lectures or on the bus. Sufficient stops will be made along the way to accommodate those who smoke.

We make every effort to ensure that your holiday arrangements run smoothly but if you do have a problem during your holiday and wish to make a complaint about any of the travel services included in your tour, you must inform your tour guide without undue delay who will endeavor to resolve this for you. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 30 days of your return home by writing to us at or writing to us at N° 22 – Residence Amira III – Av Yacoub Al Mansour – Gueliz – Marrakech – Morocco. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. If you fail to follow the requirement to report your complaint in resort, we will have been deprived the opportunity to investigate and rectify it and this may affect your rights under this booking.
