Pick up from Marrakech and travel south venturing through the magnificent Atlas Mountains offering spectacular panoramic views and an impressive landscape to the authentic Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou one of the most spectacular fortresses in the South of Morocco and a UNESCO world heritage site. We arrive to the Hollywood of Africa Ouarzazate for lunch. The scenery is absolutely stunning. We continue our desert tour to the Draa valley at the length of 200 km before we achieve Zagora. Spend the overnight with dinner at the Riad or hotel.

Day 2: Zagora - Tamgeroute - M'hamid - Erg Chigaga - 31st December

Today we drive towards Tamgerout to visit the famous Koran Library and subterranean Kasbah and the Manufacture of pottery. Then, continue towards the desert gate M’hamid for lunch. We take a track which carries out through the rocky desert scenery to the sand dunes of Chigaga that spread over 40 km. Welcome drink. Then you enjoy the sunset ridding camels in Eg Chigaga dunes. Spend the overnight in a desert camp or under a star-filled sky with New Year Gala dinner and entertainment.

Day 3: Erg Chigaga - Iriqui lake - Taznakht - Ouarzazate - 01st January

We will wake up early to witness the spectacle of the sunrise from the top of the dunes of Erg Chigaga. After breakfast, say goodbye to our Berber team in the camp. Then, we make our journey back in 4x4 Jeep to the city of Marrakech. We will follow the old Paris-Dakar road through Iriqui Lake to Foum Zguid village. Discover the beauty of carpets in Taznakht. We arrive to Ouarzazate for the overnight with dinner in a Riad or hotel.

Day 3: Ouarzazate - Telouat Kasbah - Marrakech - 02nd January
