Day 1: Arrival to Marrakech

Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival to Marrakech you will meet your driver and transferred to your hotel for the check in. The driver will provide a short overview of your honeymoon celebration tour in Morocco. The rest of the day is at leisure. It’s possible you’ll like to begin your exploration of this exceptional and vibrant city, or chill out in your lodge and uncover its facilities. Spend the overnight with dinner at the hotel or Riad.

Day 2: Marrakech Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, you will have a guided tour of Marrakech city. You will start with a fresh morning visit to Jack Majorelle gardens, a peaceful spot in the Ville Nouvelle, contains botanic and exotic plants brought from all over the world, with dominating indigo blue to paint. You are going to visit the 19th Century Bahia Palace, built by the Grand Visir of Marrakech with its incredible mosaics and stucco and hear some interesting stories about his 4 wives and the 24 concubines!!. Admire the extraordinary architecture of Saadian Tombs, a royal necropolis of the 17th century. Then soak up the sounds and scents at Marrakech’s most famous colorful souks before reaching Jemaa el Fnaa, where you can be right in the buzz of local life as it changes from a typical market in the day to a place of entertainment at night. The square of Jemaa lefna is a bustling place where snake charmers, monkeys, food stalls and musicians, the most animated square in Marrakech. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and spend the overnight with breakfast at the hotel or Riad.

Day 3: Marrakech – Ait Benhdaou Kasbah – Ouarzazate - Skoura

Today we head to the countryside of the Haouz plain. We travel over the stunning Atlas Mountains on the Tizi N’Tichka pass for the breathtaking views of snow-capped Mountains. As you descend into the desert surroundings you discover multiple clay villages before arriving to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a fortified city and UNESCO World Heritage site which you will acknowledge from the collection of recreation of Thrones. After exploring the Kasbah, you will enjoy lunch before continuing your journey towards the city of Ouarzazate, often called the Hollywood of Morocco. Head over to the 17th Century Taourirt Kasbah which escaped damage by changing into a Hollywood famous location, where numerous big movies took place like Gladiator and Prince of Persia. We arrive to the palm groves of Skoura for the overnight with dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Skoura – Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert

Today is the epic of your honeymoon journey into the Sahara desert via the palm groves of Skoura, the rose fields and magnificent gorges. There is a possibility of visiting the Kasbah of Amredil in Skoura before seeing the rose fields and reaching scenic Todra Gorges. Surrounded by towering vertical limestone cliffs reaching heights of 1000ft, it is known as Morocco’s Grand Canyon. The charm of Todra lies in its changing colours as the sun slowly moves from east to west. After lunch, we’ll continue through the Ziz Valley to reach Erfoud, an oasis town known as the gate to the Sahara desert and recognized for its unique fossils. Arrive to Merzouga where the stunning sand dunes of Erg Chebbi to take an incredible camel ride into the Sahara Desert to spend the night at the desert camp beneath the innumerable stars of the clear desert sky. An experience to not be missed is to enjoy the sunset from the spectacular Merzouga dunes, an energizing location inside the midst of the big every-changing golden dunes, where you will actually really feel a liberating peacefulness. We enjoy local food and an amazing night camping in the Sahara.

Day 5: Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest - Ifrane - Fez

Wake up to watch the spectacle of a picturesque sunrise, when the color of the dunes combines with the play of shadows to make an awesome sight. After breakfast, you will ride your camels back to meet your driver leaving to the medieval city of Fez. It is a long drive today however there is a lot to see on the way. We drive through the verdant oasis and magnificent Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock and through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Midelt passing millions of palm trees and fortified villages characterized by fascinating southern architecture. We will pass through cedar forests full of Barbary monkeys. Just before Fez we stop at Ifrane – a beautiful town often likened to a Swiss Alpine resort. Along the way we also start to see our first glimpse of Morocco’s nomadic Berbers – travelling across the Mountains and often staying in make shift tents as they head to their next destination. We arrive into Fes for the overnight with dinner at the hotel.

Day 6: Fez Sightseeing Tour

Today you will meet your local tour guide to explore the old medieval medina of Fez and the first imperial city, a real labyrinthine of more than 9000 alleyways and deserves to be the intellectual and cultural capital of the kingdom. You will start with a stop by the ornamented Royal Palace gate. Then, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the southern tower of Fes, and visit the cooperative of pottery where they make tiles and Moroccan mosaic. You will mingle with local people in the narrow streets full of articles, colors and donkeys carrying goods. You will see a lot of handcrafted items. We will explore one of the Koranic school (Medrassa), the Nejjarine fountain, and the Karaouine Mosque University. The leather tanneries, famous in Fes, is one the highlights of the tour, watching locals working on skins of goat, lamb, camel and cow, in small pits. You also will indulge yourselves with some special dishes of Fes cuisine. Spend the overnight at the hotel with breakfast.

Day 7: Fez at leisure

Today is a day at leisure to feel your honeymoon journey. You can just relax at your accommodation or you can stroll through the alleys of the medina on your own or try some of the local activities such a cooking class on the morning. On the afternoon, you can just relax at your hotel or try a Hammam and Spa. Spend the overnight with breakfast at the hotel or Riad.

Day 8: Fez – Meknes – Volubilis - Chefchaouen

Today we leave the mediveal city of Fez to explore the other 17th century Imperial city Meknes. The tour will include the ramparts around the Medina and the tremendous gate of Bab Mansour (1732), the granary Sahrij Swani, grain and water storage and used as a barn for 12000 horses. Meknes has a big production of olive oil and olives and you will see an amazing verity of olives in the local market of square Lahdime. After lunch, we drive towards Volubilis, the archaeological Roman site well-preserved listed in UNESCO (1997), remains of astonishing mosaics, hundreds of Latin inscriptions and artistic materials. After our enjoyable walk in Volubilis we carry on towards the blue town of Chefchaouen nesteled in the Rif Mountains. Check in at the hotel for the overnight with dinner.

Day 9: Explore Chefchaouen

Today you will explore Chefchaouen, Morocco's enchanting city beneath the striking peaks of the Rif Mountains. Whitewashed homes with red tile roofs line narrow, winding laneways, their walls painted in brilliant shades of blue. Take a sightseeing tour with a friendly local guide, and discover firsthand the culture of this fascinating region of Morocco. You will enjoy the distinctive Arab-Andalusian art and architecture, narrow streets, marvelous fountains, squares, traditional public oven. Then you will arrive at the spectacular center of the city and see the Outa Hammam Square with the 14th-century fortress and the big mosque. After you learn about the history of this city, we will continue the tour to the Ras El Maa spring. Chefchaouen is a unique city located in the Mountains and every guest will feel amazed by its breathtaking views, its springs, watermills, natural pools. Spend the night with dinner at the hotel.

Day 10: Chefchaouen - Rabat

Today we leave the blue town Chefchaouen towards the main capital Rabat named as the city of Gardens. It is a modern and traditional city, dynamic mix of ancient and modern culture and it is surrounded by colorful hills and mountains. The city itself is elegant with harmonious gardens, luxury stores, shops and flowers. It is a city where the bustling Medina (old city) still resembles the town created ages ago, and home to the minaret of the Hassan Tower. You will visit the Mohammed V Mausoleum, the striking and evocative 12th century Kasbah of Oudaya with its beautiful white and blue buildings with a fantastic view over the Atlantic beach and Bouragrag River, and the ramparts of the Mechouar surrounding the Royal Palace. Spend the overnight with dinner in a boutique Riad or hotel.

Day 11: Rabat - Casablanca - Marrakech

After breakfast, we leave the main capital Rabat to visit the highlights of the fabled city of Casablanca, where an elegant blend of Art Deco and Neo-Moorish buildings line spacious avenues. You will visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, then we proceed with the favored Mohammed V square, the United Nations Place, the residential district of Anfa and the setting of the Royal Palace with a stroll alongside the Corniche boulevard where the night life of the city lines up with private and public seashores. On the afternoon, you will drive towards the pink city of Marrakech. Check in at the hotel for the overnight with breakfast.

Day 12: Marrakech at leisure

Marrakesh is a perfect entertaining destination offering attractions and leisure facilities for every taste and fancy. The city features magnificent gardens and modern entertaining complexes as well as scale shopping centers. Near the heart of the city there are popular scenic and well equipped golf centers enhancing facilities to fully enjoy the game and embrace the beauty of surrounding nature. Marrakesh also offers a rather rich night life and night entertainments choice for its guests. There are also center features the first class service and the visitors of the Hammam and Spa centers have a chance to enjoy a genuine Turkish bath. You can also discover the secrets of Moroccan cuisine by joining one of our popular cooking classes. Spend the overnight with breakfast at your hotel.

Day 13: Marrakech - Back Home

Depending on when your flight is scheduled, transfer to Casablanca or Marrakech international airport for your return flight with plenty of tales of Arabian and Berber days and nights of a memorable honeymoon journey.
