Day 1: Arrival to Casablanca

Arrive at Casablanca Mohammed V Airport where you will meet your English speaking driver. After welcoming formalities, enjoy a brief sightseeing tour of fabled Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city, where an elegant blend of Art Deco and Neo-Moorish buildings line spacious avenues. You will enjoy a visit to the majestic Hassan II mosque and the other interesting sites of the city. Check in at the hotel the overnight with breakfast.

Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

Today, you will start your Jeep Safari towards Rabat, Morocco’s main capital, where the bustling Medina (old city) still resembles the town created ages ago, and home to the minaret of the Hassan Tower. Sightseeing will also include the Mohammed V Mausoleum, the striking and evocative 12th century Kasbah of Oudaya with its beautiful white and blue buildings with a fantastic view over the Atlantic beach and Bouragrag River, and the ramparts of the Mechouar surrounding the Royal Palace. Afterwards, we continue the journey towards the blue washed town of Chefchaouen nestled in the Rif Mountains in the North of Morocco. Check in at the hotel for the overnight with dinner.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

After breakfast, we drive towards Volubilis, the archaeological Roman site well-preserved listed in UNESCO (1997), remains of astonishing mosaics, hundreds of Latin inscriptions and artistic materials. After our enjoyable walk in Volubilis we carry on to explore the other 17th century Imperial city Meknes. The tour will include the ramparts around the Medina and the tremendous gate of Bab Mansour (1732), the granary Sahrij Swani, grain and water storage and used as a barn for 12000 horses. Meknes has a big production of olive oil and olives and you will see an amazing verity of olives in the local market of square Lahdime. We leave Meknes towards the medieval city of Fes driving by open fields of barley, wheat and olive trees. Check in for the overnight with dinner at the hotel.

Day 4: Fez Sightseeing tour

Today you will meet your local tour guide to explore the old medieval medina of Fez and the first imperial city, a real labyrinthine of more than 9000 alleyways and deserves to be the intellectual and cultural capital of the kingdom. You will start with a stop by the ornamented Royal Palace gate. Then, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the southern tower of Fes, and visit the cooperative of pottery where they make tiles and Moroccan mosaic. You will mingle with local people in the narrow streets full of articles, colors and donkeys carrying goods. You will see a lot of handcrafted items. We will explore one of the Koranic school (Medrassa), the Nejjarine fountain, and the Karaouine Mosque University. The leather tanneries, famous in Fes, is one the highlights of the tour, watching locals working on skins of goat, lamb, camel and cow, in small pits. You also will indulge yourselves with some special dishes of Fes cuisine. Spend the overnight at the hotel with breakfast.

Day 5: Fez – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert

Today we leave the imperial city of Fez in your 4x4 Jeep heading to another part of Morocco crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains. We stop for a short break in Ifrane nicknamed the small Switzerland where is the first ski resort in Morocco. We will be surrounded by amazing sceneries and landscapes of Mountains and plains. A special species of native monkeys living in cedar forest called Maggot monkeys in Azrou. We will have a lunch break in Midelt celebrating the festival of apples every year. There is a big contrast of landscapes especially before we arrive to Errachidia main city named after the prince Moulay Rachid around 1971. Then we drive through Ziz Valley and the gate of the Sahara Arfoud to reach the Sahara Desert of Merzouga. We ride camel to enjoy a superb sunset in the middle of Erg Chebbi dunes. Spend a celestial overnight with the gleaming stars in a desert camp with dinner.

Day 6: Merzouga Desert – Todra Gorges – Rose Valley - Skoura

After breakfast, we leave the magical dune Erg Chebbi in Merzouga with an amazing 4x4 Jeep driving in the middle of the dunes and head towards the old irrigation system that was used in the oasis of Ziz. We will have lunch in the Valley of Todra gorges considered as one of the oldest valleys in Morocco for caravan trading of silver and jewellery. A beautiful valley of 15 km ends up with spectacular Gorges, mainly used for rock climbing and picnics. We embark on Dades valley which has an astonishing rock formation made by million years of erosion. We cross more Rose Valley, the only place in Morocco where we harvest Damascus rose in which we extract some products like rose water and rose oil best for skin treatment and anti-wrinkles. We reach the palm groves of Skoura Oasis for the overnight with dinner at the hotel.

Day 7: Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhdaou Kasbah - Marrakech

Today you can have an optional tour to the Kasbah of Ameridil before heading towards the Hollywood of Africa Ouarzazate to visit the Cinema Studio. We drive to Ait Benhaddou village where you will go for a walk to visit this ancient village. An authentic site where a list of movies were filmed starting with the first movies “Lawrence of Arabia”, ”Jesus of Nazareth”, ”Gladiator” and the list is still going on. It is also listed in UNESCO as a site of the world and national culture in 1987. After that we head to the north of High Atlas Mountains via Tizi-n-Tichka pass. You will enjoy a spectacular road of red Mountains and Berber villages to reach the pink city of Marrakech. Spend the overnight with dinner at the hotel or Riad.

Day 8: Marrakech Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, you will have a guided tour of Marrakech city. You will start with a fresh morning visit to Jack Majorelle gardens, a peaceful spot in the Ville Nouvelle, contains botanic and exotic plants brought from all over the world, with dominating indigo blue to paint. You are going to visit the 19th Century Bahia Palace, built by the Grand Visir of Marrakech with its incredible mosaics and stucco and hear some interesting stories about his 4 wives and the 24 concubines!!. Admire the extraordinary architecture of Saadian Tombs, a royal necropolis of the 17th century. Spend some great time in the famous souks of Marrakech with different smells, colors, items before reaching the square of Jemaa lefna, a bustling place where snake charmers, monkeys, food stalls and musicians, the most animated square in Marrakech. Spend the overnight at the hotel with breakfast.

Day 9: Marrakech – Essaouira

After the excitement of Marrakech, we will leave in the 4x4 Jeep to the fresh and artistic coastal city of Essaouira as one of the loveliest cities in Morocco and also a multicultural artistic center, which has captivated people like Jimi Hendrix, Orson Welles and Bob Marley. With a fresh ocean breeze permanently invading all the corners of its medina, the city of Essaouira stands out for its urban life and culture. Essaouira is also highlighted for its gastronomy based of fresh fish and in the use of argan oil. Essaouira’s Medina was built in the 18th century. Nowadays the city is a World Heritage Site protected by UNESCO and is the favorite place for most Moroccan artists and musicians. The city is also the stage of the famous music festival Gnawa, an old spiritual art form of North-African Islamism. Check in at the hotel for the overnight with dinner.

Day 10: Essaouira – Casablanca

From Essaouira you’ll take a scenic 4x4 Jeep drive alongside the coastline to Casablanca by means of scenic ocean side villages, together with a lot of resort cities equivalent to Oualidia, which is an exotic runaway sight known for its oysters, and El Jadida, the place many Moroccans come to benefit from the lovely seashores in summer time. At the end of the day we are going to arrive to the economic capital Casablanca. Check in at the hotel for the overnight with breakfast.

Day 11: Casablanca – Back to the airport

Transfer to Casablanca international airport for your return flight with plenty of tales of Arabian and Berber days and nights with a memorable Jeep Safari journey of lifetime.
